BTSP tickets entail a simple six-step process that takes you from beginning to end. Once you have created a new ticket, a member of staff will then be assigned to work on it.
BTSP experts will analyze your ticket while it is being processed, and you can rate the level of service you received after the issue has been resolved. After all six steps have been completed, your ticket will be closed.
