Dealers and partners around the world are currently enjoying the opportunity to check out all the latest news, developments and opportunities that Samsung Printing Solutions has to offer. This spring, National Dealer Meeting (NDM) season has got off to a successful start, with NDM events and roadshows held all over the world.
Most recently, Phoenix, Arizona, played host to Samsung’s United States NDM, with a two-day event beginning on March 27. The event was held at the city’s Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, and a total of 261 participants attended. These included numerous analysts, dealers and corporate representatives.
Day two of the Arizona NDM focused on Samsung vision of the future, with senior executives taking participants through a roadmap for strategies and key goals for the remainder of 2017 – and beyond.
As well as presentations from Samsung officials, forums and question-and-answer sessions provided industry analysts and dealers with the opportunity to get direct answers to their questions.
Meanwhile, there were plenty of opportunities for networking, and interactive product and service demonstrations were provided, granting interested parties real-life experience of Samsung’s latest printing developments.
Printing experts said they were keen on what they saw. Industry Analysts’ Andy Slawetsky explained, “I was pleasantly surprised to see all so many Smart UX apps on display, along with products like the C40 [a multi-function printer planned to be released in June]. It looks like Samsung is very serious about getting on with business.”
Susan Neimes, Publisher and Managing Editor of ENX magazine, was equally impressed. She said, “Samsung was ready for everything at this NDM. With mobility, security and education solutions, the company looks able to cover the needs of diverse markets. There were also apps on display for dealers.”
Several further NDM events are also slated for the remainder of the year. Officials say these will help Samsung further cement its strong relationships with dealers, and clearly explain the company’s vision for the future of the printing industry.
Next up on the calendar is the Chinese NDM, to be held at the Hainan Intercontinental Sanya Resort on April 18. The event will begin with a conference, which will be followed by a workshop and demonstrations, with plentiful networking opportunities for all attendees.
