Chongqing Super Control (CSC) is a Chinese company which integrates internet technology solutions to provide smart cloud services. CSC wanted to facilitate local cloud printing solutions for a variety of public and private spaces, while also meeting the government’s strict standards of security. They developed Happy Print, a mobile app that connects users to the closest connected printing device via GPS and offers a secure self-service, pull-printing solution, with cashless payment options via Ali-Pay or WeChat Pay.

2. A Much-Needed Printer Update for ABS-CBN Corporation in the Philippines
ABS-CBN Corporation is the Philippine’s leading media and entertainment company, headquartered in Manila and operating around the world. ABS-CBN was seeking an update to their old server-based print management system, as well as a new security solution to protect sensitive data and the ability to predict management fees by tracking user activities. To help them with their upgrade, Zenshin Systems Corporation furnished ABS-CBN with a new fleet of A3 and A4 Samsung MFPs, equipped with an advanced serverless system. They also provided licenses for Printing Security Core, which enables secure pull-printing, and Usage Tracker Core, which gives IT managers the ability to track activities for each user.

3. An Innovative Partnership for EUKLES Solutions
EUKLES Solutions is a company based in France that develops software to help all companies digitize and manage corporate documents with its powerful enterprise content management solution e-DocPro. EUKLES Solutions was looking for an innovative partner to enlarge its customer base. This partner would assist them in fully integrating all the powerful features and functions of e-DocPro into a new offering. Leveraging Samsung’s software development kit (SDK), EUKLES Solutions created a connector linking Samsung MFPs to its e-DocPro platform. This allows users to easily digitize, classify, manage and share all documents directly from the MFP using any computer laptop or mobile device. There is access to all stored and archived documents on the cloud-based system.

4. A Full Fleet of MFPs for Germany’s State Hospital Clinic Network
Germany’s State Hospital Clinic is a network of healthcare services stretching across 28 institutions in 17 cities and municipalities. The monthly combined print volume of this network is more than a million pages. The network was operating with older technology, comprising many different makes and models. The healthcare services needed printers with better cost-efficiency and stronger performance that were also compatible with the legacy management system. Kopiervertrieb Schöneberg GmbH supplied the network with a fleet of A3 and A4 MFPs catering to each department’s unique needs. This dramatically reduced workload, aiding digitization with the ability to scan different types of records easily and distribute automatically.

5. Self-Service Printing KIOSKs for Korean Train Stations
KORAIL is Korea’s national railway operator and thousands of passengers pass through their stations each day. The operator wanted to introduce smart printing KIOSKs in its busiest stations to offer on-the-go clientele a full range of printing solutions, with a sophisticated cashless payment system. In partnership with Inkwa Office, Samsung installed its smart printing solution onto advanced MX4 multifunction printers, which were positioned in the business lounges of Seoul, Daejeon and Dongdaegu stations. Now, customers can print, copy or scan documents with a convenient self-service payment system.

6. Technical and Language Support for the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam
The Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam is the highest court in Vietnam, with branches in 66 provinces. The Court had a vast network of printers comprised of a variety of non-Samsung brands, all of which were programmed to display English only, with inconsistent maintenance service, slow scan speeds and a lack of storage space. Min Phat Technology Co. developed an action plan with local resellers to install 700 Samsung MFPs with customized Vietnamese language-UI support. This created a centralized printing and scanning system and high capacity storage, resulting in an overall increase in work productivity.
